We anticipate the change to come on Tuesday, January 8th around 12:01-8:00am. We expect there will be a slight outage that morning during the upgrade. If your guide does not look different or you do not have TV service after 8:00am, please
call 785-252-4000 or 800-432-8296 that morning.
